The Hammel I & II are part of our award-winning portfolio of luxury rental communities are centrally located in the heart of Downtown New Rochelle. Our communities are perfectly situated with easy access to a variety of transportation options, including Amtrak, major highways (i95 & The Hutchinson River Parkway) making it a convenient hub for commuters. The Metro-North train service offers a quick and efficient ride from the New Rochelle Transit Center to Grand Central Station in just 28 minutes, providing residents and visitors with seamless connectivity to Manhattan. Whether traveling by car or train, the area offers unmatched convenience for both work and leisure.

Are you pet friendly?We are a pet-friendly community and warmly welcome the smallest members of your household! Each apartment can have up to 2 pets, with non-aggressive dogs and cats accepted. Our community features two pet parks where your pets can enjoy safe, enclosed spaces to stretch their legs. A $300 registration fee and a $50 monthly fee per pet apply. We look forward to meeting your furry friends!

What are the minimum requirements to secure residency?To qualify for one of our apartments, you must meet all of the following criteria: A minimum credit score of 660 Proof of income equal to or greater than 3x the annual rent Pass Transunion Smartmove or similar background checks Have more questions or ready to tour? What is included in the rent?Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, local amenities and access to off-site amenities at the VIP Country Club from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Tenants will enjoy exclusive access to New Rochelle’s waterfront, featuring a pool, beach, tennis and basketball courts, BBQ grills, and various club events. The perfect setting for relaxation and recreation all summer long! How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
